Conditions


  • Claim Period: The request must be made within 2 weeks before or after your rental period.
  • Identical Equipment: The equipment must be identical in terms of brand, model and features.
  • Rental Duration: The rental duration must be the same.
  • Proof of Payment: A proof of payment (past invoice from within a month) is required to validate the claim.
  • Geographical Restrictions: The price match is only applicable for rentals within the same geographical area or region.

How to Make a Claim


  1. Contact Us: Send us an email or call our customer service with the details of your rental and the proof of the better price found.
  2. Verification: Our team will verify the provided information and compare the prices.
  3. Compensation: If all conditions are met, we will math the rental price to your offer or compensate with a credit with us for the price difference.

  • Competitor’s Black Friday/Cyber Monday prices and Boxing Day/Week prices;
